Browser extension — no bot in the call

Know the moment the deal changes — not the day after.

MeetFlow runs in your browser during the call — live cues while you talk, a fact-checked recap the second you hang up. Built for people who run their own sales calls, not a team that manages them.

Who it’s for

Built for people who run their own
discovery and sales calls.

Independent consultants, fractional sales reps, freelance closers. If you're the one talking to the prospect, not managing a team that does, this is for you.

The problem

Every tool has the same
three complaints, over and over.

“Fireflies.ai Notetaker has joined the meeting… the whole tone of the call shifted.”
“a transcript attributed a product commitment to my engineering lead Rafael when it was actually our product manager Chen — Rafael got a follow-up email about a deadline he'd never agreed to.”
“I have been a user since 2021 and they keep tightening the free tier while the paid price keeps going up.”

A visible bot, a transcript you can't fully trust, a price that changes after you're already in. MeetFlow was built to not have any of the three.

How it works

Three steps.
No integrations, no training.

01

Install the extension.

Works in your browser, on top of Zoom, Meet, or Teams.

02

Live panel during the call.

Flags, questions, and drift show up as the conversation moves.

03

Documents after.

A recap, and a proposal or follow-up draft, ready when you hang up.

Deal drift

See it change
while it's still happening.

“Price went from $2,400 to $2,900 somewhere in the call and nobody said it out loud? MeetFlow catches it the moment it happens — not when you're writing the follow-up and can't remember which number was final.”

Price, timeline, who signs off — the moment any of it shifts mid-call, you see it. Confirmed stable on live testing across price and timeline; who-approves detection is closer to a coin flip today, and we're not going to pretend otherwise.

Tone-check

Catches you pushing too hard,
before they go quiet.

MeetFlow flags it when you lean on the same point twice right after a soft no — the exact pattern that makes a prospect politely disappear.

What sets it apart

No bot.
Live, not after.

Like most tools now, nothing joins your call — that's expected, not a selling point on its own. What's different is when you get help: while you're still talking, not two hours later reading a transcript.

“clients straight-up tell me to turn off the recording bot before they'd say anything real.”

They open up because there's no visible recorder to shut off.

Architecture

Doesn't invent quotes or names.

The model works off actual reply numbers in the transcript — it can't write a name or a line that wasn't said. That's not a promise, it's how the architecture works.

Support

A real person on support.

Not a ticket queue. Right now that's literally two founders answering.

Coming soon

Objection tracking — in active testing, coming soon.

We are not claiming accuracy on this yet.

Platforms

Works where you call. And in the browser you already use.

FAQ

Common
questions

No. Nothing joins the call, nothing appears in the participant list.
No — we don't use your call data to train any model ourselves.
Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams — all from your browser. For Zoom and Teams specifically, join the call from the browser tab, not the desktop app. That's the only way we can read the audio. Works in Chrome, Edge, Opera, and Brave.
No. MeetFlow only reads audio from a browser tab. If you open the call in the Zoom or Teams desktop app, there's nothing for us to capture.
No. MeetFlow only works on live meetings, there's no upload or after-the-call analysis.
Not yet on either — right now it's desktop browser only. A mobile app is in development. It'll cover everything the desktop version does, except real-time analysis during the call itself.
A recorder gives you a transcript after the fact. MeetFlow tracks what's changing while you're still on the call — price, timeline, who's actually deciding — and tells you in the moment, not after.
Those give you a transcript and summary after the call is over. MeetFlow works while you're still talking — it flags when the price, timeline, or decision-maker changes mid-call, and calls it out when you keep pushing right after someone already said no. We haven't found another tool that does both live.
English right now, all analysis modes tested and working. Other languages are on the roadmap, not available yet.
The audio recording is deleted after 24 hours, no exceptions. Transcripts and analysis stick around longer depending on your plan — 30 days on Free, 90 on Basic, 365 on Pro. Enterprise doesn't auto-delete.
