This policy explains how MeetFlow uses cookies and similar technologies on meetflow.company. It should be read with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a site. We also use local storage for some preferences, such as light or dark theme. Together they let the site remember choices and, if you agree, measure how the site is used.

We use necessary cookies and optional analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not pass cookie data to ad networks.

Cookies we use

Name Type Purpose Duration
mf_cookie Necessary Remembers that you responded to the cookie notice, so the banner does not return on every visit. 1 year
mf_cookie_prefs Necessary Stores your cookie choices (whether analytics is on). 1 year
mf_theme Necessary Remembers light or dark theme. Stored in local storage, not as a cookie. Until you clear site data
_ga, _ga_F661Q6HTHG, _gid Analytics Google Analytics — visits, pages viewed, and referrers. Set only if you accept analytics. Up to 2 years / 24 hours

Necessary cookies and local storage are set so the site can function. Analytics cookies are set only after you choose Accept, or turn Analytics on in Settings.

Google Analytics

If you opt in, we use Google Analytics (Google LLC, United States), measurement ID G-F661Q6HTHG, to understand visits, pages viewed, and referrers. IP addresses are anonymized in our configuration. Google’s own terms govern how Google processes this data. We do not use Google Analytics for ads on MeetFlow.

Rejecting analytics, or leaving Analytics off in Settings, means we do not load Google Analytics on your browser.

How long they last

Necessary cookies last up to one year or until you delete them. Google Analytics cookies last up to two years, depending on the cookie. You can delete cookies and site data in your browser at any time. After that, theme preference resets and the cookie banner may appear again.

How to control cookies

Accept turns on analytics cookies. Reject keeps only what the site needs. Settings lets you choose Analytics on or off, then save.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser:

  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Safari

If a browser setting blocks all cookies, some site features (including remembering this choice) may not work.
