These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MeetFlow, including the meetflow.company website and the MeetFlow browser extension (together, the “Service”). They should be read with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
The agreement
MeetFlow is currently operated by an independent software developer based in Russia, registered as a self-employed taxpayer, in the process of incorporating MeetFlow, Inc. in the United States. These Terms will be updated to name that company when registration is complete.
By creating an account, joining the waitlist, installing the extension, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. MeetFlow is a business tool. We do not offer the Service to children.
Your account
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details confidential, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Early access may include a limited amount of live-call time at no charge. This website does not take payment, and paid billing is not open yet. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms.
Using the Service
MeetFlow is an AI assistant for business video conferencing. It captures call audio from your browser tab, transcribes it, and shows live cues and a recap to you. It currently works with Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams when you join from Chrome, Edge, Opera, or Brave — not from the Zoom or Teams desktop app.
Insights are shown only to the person who started the session. They are aids, not legal, financial, or professional advice, and they are not a complete record of the call.
Recording and consent
MeetFlow does not join the call as a visible participant. Other people on the call will not automatically know that analysis is running unless you tell them.
You are responsible for complying with recording and consent laws in your location and in the location of everyone else on the call, and for telling participants as those laws require. MeetFlow may prompt you to notify others; using that prompt does not by itself make the recording lawful. If you are not sure, do not start a session.
Prohibited uses
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates other people’s rights
- Recording or analyzing a call without required notice or consent
- Selling, sharing, or sublicensing access to your account
- Trying to break into, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service
- Using bots or scripts to use the Service at a scale we did not offer you
- Using MeetFlow outputs to impersonate someone or to claim we verified a quote we did not
Intellectual property
The Service — including software, design, marks, and documentation — is owned by MeetFlow or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own business purposes, for as long as we provide it to you.
Transcripts and analysis generated from your own calls belong to you. You still need the legal right to record those calls, as described above.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that transcription or analysis will be complete, accurate, or uninterrupted, or that it is fit for a particular deal or decision. Some jurisdictions do not allow implied-warranty disclaimers; in those places, the disclaimer applies to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service or from decisions you make based on it.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). If a mandatory consumer law where you live does not allow this cap, that law still applies to you and the cap applies only as far as it can.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify MeetFlow against claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the Service, including recording or analyzing a call without required consent, or your violation of these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is material, we will try to email account holders at least seven days before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms. If you do not, stop using the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in California, except that you may still bring a claim in your home courts if a mandatory consumer law requires it.
If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
